Jimmy Dawkins - Me, My Guitar And The Blues (Ichiban, 1997)

One more time we have to say: West Side Guitar Hero does it perfectly. One of the most bluesy bluesmen ever, Jimmy Dawkins, proves - it is possible to play the blues only and make it great music. Me, My Guitar And The Blues is an album perfect in every instance: great selection of songs ("True Love" needs particular attention); great band, members of which do not play even one unnecessary note (this is what is called Chicago sound); and, of course, Jimmy's singing and truely fantastic playing which completes the thing.

You can't listen this album just once. It'll come to you number of times. So, why to wait, download and enjoy the Blues.
